Temporary Assignment

Concept Resources are currently recruiting for an Extra Works Coordinator to support a busy facilities management contract in Manchester. This role would suit someone with previous M&E coordination, helpdesk or facilities administration experience who is confident managing quotations, scheduling works and communicating with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and submitting quotations for extra works
  • Scheduling works and coordinating engineers and contractors
  • Managing and maintaining quote trackers
  • Raising purchase orders and monitoring progress of works
  • Communicating with clients regarding updates, costs and scheduling
  • Supporting delivery of M&E works across the contract
  • Maintaining accurate administrative and compliance records
Requirements
  • Previous experience within facilities management or M&E environments essential
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Experience managing quotations, purchase orders and scheduling works
  • Excellent communication and organisational ability
