Enterprise Architect (Higher Education) £715 a day (Inside IR35) Hybrid (1 day a week onsite in Manchester) 6 months This is a single role profile used across three value streams, with contextual deployment to Professional Services, Teaching, Learning & Student, and Research.

Value‑stream architecture leadership: Strategic shaping and demand management.

Enterprise coherence: Definition, design and portfolio alignment.

Governance advice: Architecture knowledge management.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate: Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture within a complex organisation.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly at senior leadership level.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly.

A pragmatic, delivery‑focused approach, balancing appropriate risk‑taking with timely escalation where required.
