PATA Funbusters, Dursley, Gloucestershire, GL11 5SF is seeking an Early Years Manager. This position is term time only, full time, permanent, working 5 days a week from 8:30am to 4:00pm. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience (to be discussed at interview). The start date is at the end of February 2026.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to lead and shape a growing preschool with the full support of the PATA admin and management team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working at a level 3 or above in early years, along with a strong understanding and knowledge of Safeguarding and supporting children with SEN requirements.
If you possess leadership qualities, a creative mind, and the ability to inspire others, we would love to hear from you. A good knowledge of working with partnership agencies and children who are vulnerable or have additional needs would be advantageous.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop the setting while benefiting from the support of PATA and the other PATA Managed Group managers who meet regularly.
