About this job
We are seeking an experienced customs broker to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilise customs software systems ASM Sequoia, NCTS, EMCS, IPAFFS, GVMS and all CSPs.
- Coordinate logistics operations, including working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Raise jobs and invoices and manage document uploads for our client tracking portal.
- Take on any other operational tasks assigned by your line manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in GB customs clearance & transit declarations, alongside client relationship management.
- Understand how to interpret commercial documentation.
- Ability to clearly communicate with clients.
- Minimum 2 years experience in making customs declarations in the UK to HMRC in CDS.
- Ability to work both as part of a team, and independently.
