About the role
If you enjoy working with people from all walks of life, have experience of working in a busy environment and have a great eye for detail, then we would really like to hear from you. The main purpose of this role is to ensure our premises are safe and secure and represent Adullam standards. We provide support to people with multiple and complex needs as part of a service for those who have lost their home or been rough sleeping.
As a Concierge, you will be responsible for taking care of our facilities including health and security of the centre, reviewing CCTV, ensuring the Tenant/residents/service users are safe in the environment. Your main goal will be to keep our building in a safe, secure and orderly condition. The role is full time, 40.5 hours per week pro-rata. You will ensure a good standard of professional service is given and that you work within the Association’s Policies and Procedures. You will be expected to ensure effective working relationships with colleagues and contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association’s values, culture and ethos.
About you
- An awareness of issues relating to vulnerable individuals and those that have faced multiple disadvantages.
- Proven working experience as a Concierge.
- An organised person who can multitask.
- A working knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace, COSH.
- An ability to demonstrate our values and behaviours and work within our Christian ethos.
