About this job
Your new company is a property company recruiting for an experienced temporary compliance coordinator to join their busy team. Hybrid working, usually 2 days a week in the offices in Manchester.
Your new role includes:
- Supporting the fire safety team in managing databases, collating information and providing reports.
- 1st line responder to internal and external queries.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of compliance work are maintained.
- Ensuring compliance-related certificates and reports are recorded and checked with non-compliances and additional work is identified to relevant colleagues.
- Providing information for audits.
- Management of systems for the creation of work orders, budgets and payments.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience in a similar role is required ideally, with an understanding of property management, maintenance and planned work.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced compliance setting.
- Customer focused with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong administration skills.
- Methodical approach to work with strong time management skills.
- Able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong IT skills.
