Overview: Make a meaningful impact at the point it matters most. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Community Link Manager to lead the Community Resource Link at HMP Forest Bank. This pivotal role supports prisoners at the point of release—helping to build continuity of services into the community and driving positive resettlement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing resettlement and TTG services within the prison and into the community
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with community stakeholders and external agencies
- Monitoring, collating and reporting performance and outcome data
- Acting as SPOC for external service providers and supporting their enablement within the resettlement hub
- Providing assurance to the Head of Offender Management Services (HOMS)

You will bring excellent communication skills, strong data capability, and experience working with external agencies in a target-driven environment. You’ll be detail-focused, resilient, and committed to promoting a positive, rehabilitative culture.
