Your new company An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Solicitor to join a growing Dispute Resolution team based in Manchester.

Acting for a broad range of commercial clients, the team advises on a variety of complex and high-value disputes.

This position would suit an ambitious solicitor looking to further develop their expertise while working alongside experienced litigators on challenging and rewarding matters.

Your new role As part of a well-established dispute resolution team, you will be involved in a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters acting for a broad range of clients across multiple sectors.

The role will provide exposure to complex and high-value disputes, allowing you to take ownership of your own matters while also supporting senior lawyers and partners on larger cases.

You will be responsible for managing cases through all stages of the dispute process, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering practical, commercially driven advice.

What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified solicitor with 2+ PQE gained in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.

Strong technical, drafting and client management skills are essential, together with experience handling matters through the litigation process.

You'll be a proactive team player with a commercial approach and a genuine enthusiasm for dispute resolution.
