As a Cleaning Team Leader with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world‑class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and coordinate cleaning operations to achieve financial and performance targets.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for customer service and providing strong, inspiring leadership.
- Set, monitor, and maintain high standards for both yourself and your team.
- Create, implement, and manage cleaning schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Deliver exceptional cleaning standards across your area of responsibility.
- Carry out a range of cleaning duties, including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are used safely and in accordance with guidelines.
- Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
- Promptly report any hazards, near misses, or safety concerns to your manager.
