IPS Group is partnering with a well-established global specialty insurer to recruit a Claims Bordereaux Analyst in Manchester. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in claims oversight, delegated authority and governance within a collaborative business.
Responsibilities- Report to the Claims Delegated Authority Manager and focus on oversight and management of delegated claims, rather than direct claims handling.
- Monitor and review claims bordereaux, produce reporting and metrics, ensure data quality, and liaise with providers escalating any delegated authority breaches.
- Support conduct risk activities and ensure delegated claims operate in line with Lloyd’s and regulatory requirements.
- Manage outsourced provider queries and liaise with governance teams.
- Experience in claims data or bordereaux, with interest in developing further within claims oversight and delegated authority.
- Familiarity with Lloyd’s regulations, delegated authority frameworks, and claims reporting is helpful.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Salary up to £37,000 + Bonus & Benefits.
