As a Catering Supervisor at Sodexo, based at Central Manchester Hospital, you’ll take the lead in delivering high-quality catering services in a dynamic healthcare environment. You’ll be an inspiring leader, capable of motivating your team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a sharp eye for detail. With strong communication and organisational skills, you’ll help us put people at the heart of everything we do, delivering outstanding service to patients, staff, and visitors alike.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and support catering staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling
- Liaise with planners to ensure all catering requirements are met
- Oversee event set-up and breakdown, ensuring all equipment and supplies are accounted for
- Respond to customer queries and resolve any issues effectively and professionally
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including Food Safety, Allergen Awareness, COSHH, and HACCP
