About this job

Provision of a high‑quality catering service in the hospital restaurant either in the servery (front of house) or kitchen area. Provision of catering related duties including loading, operating and emptying dishwashers, dishwashing, distribution of all mealtimes services and patient beverages as required. Work closely and support other facilities services such as domestic, linen and portering to ensure the seamless delivery of facilities services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality catering service in the hospital restaurant, whether in the servery (front of house) or kitchen area.
• Carry out catering related duties including loading, operating and emptying dishwashers, dishwashing, distribution of all mealtimes services and patient beverages as required.
• Collaborate with domestic, linen and portering teams to ensure seamless delivery of facilities services.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with the general public, preferably in a catering role with a focus on good customer service.
