- Lead and mentor your team, supporting colleagues in their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to spot, explore, and act on opportunities to improve our ways of working.
- Make sure internal and external audits are completed accurately and on time.
- Support the Cash and Banking Manager with managing the wider Cash and Treasury team.
What you’ll bring
- An ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification (or be currently working towards one)
- Experience producing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
- Experience managing large teams
- Great Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
- Good communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information for non-finance audiences

- Annual bonus scheme (based on individual and business performance)
- 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
- A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
- 30% discount on Co‑op products and 10% off other brands
- Early access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it
- Virtual healthcare including GP appointments, mental health support, nutrition and fitness advice
- 24/7 colleague support service
