About this job
We are looking for an enthusiastic CPN to join our friendly multi-disciplinary team. You will require experience of working in a mental health setting and awareness of the delivery of community mental health care. You will hold and manage a caseload of people and have Care Coordinating responsibilities under the Care Program Approach Guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Assess and care plan clients, provide psychosocial interventions and safeguarding.
- Conduct duty assessments and administer medication.
- Write reports and attend tribunal hearings.
- Support the depot clinic.
- Signpost clients to community resources and provider services.
Qualifications
Experience of working in a mental health setting and awareness of community mental health care delivery.

- Pay Enhancements: 30% additional for evenings (8pm onwards) and Saturdays and 60% additional for Sundays and bank holidays.
