We have an established and dedicated team of 600 employees within our Asset Management department. Our team prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver first‑class property‑based services across the Group, covering a broad range of disciplines from reactive, planned and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services, building safety and compliance. You will be a team player but able to work well as an individual on your own projects.
You will help with the development and ongoing management of building safety cases, resident engagement, mandatory occurrence reporting and will work with colleagues on applications to the Building Safety Regulator when work is required to our buildings. You will be able to work to deadlines and successfully manage differing demands and priorities. The successful candidate will be part of a small team of building and fire safety professionals, and you will be supported by the Group Building Safety Manager.
