Key Care & Support are a specialist provider of person-centred community support, supported living, Care Homes, respite and care at home support for adults, children and elderly.

Overview

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and organised Bookings Coordinator. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth scheduling of staff and services to meet the needs of our clients in North Wales. The role will be based in our Sale office (M33).

Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts; this includes making regular availability calls to staff and registering their availability on the in-house system.
  • Communicating effectively with staff and clients to confirm bookings and address queries.
  • Handling last-minute changes or cancellations efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate records of bookings and shift allocations.
  • Contacting existing and lapsed clients to inform them of staff availability.
  • Contacting potential/new clients to introduce our services, send out marketing literature and follow up.
  • Supporting administrative/compliance tasks related to staffing and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role or the health and social care sector is advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
