We are seeking a trained and passionate Bar Tender to join our Bar team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with our menu specifications, including classic and signature cocktails.
  • Complete bar set up at the start of a service, including preparing garnishes, stocking glassware and cleaning duties.
  • Carry out full bar close-down procedure, ensuring the bar has been fully cleaned down and prepared ready for the following shift.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menu options to be able to offer guests recommendations, including understanding the allergens present.
  • Drive sales through excellent service, genuine guest engagement, and personalised recommendations.
  • Support the bar floor team proactively when required.

Applicant Requirements:

  • A minimum of one years working experience in a Bar environment.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of mixing classic cocktails.
  • Understanding of the responsible sale of alcohol, although full training will be provided.
  • Be an outgoing personality with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently at pace and be proactive for the duration of your shift.
  • Willing and able to pour, serve and sell alcohol.
  • An enthusiastic individual who will promote our culture of positivity.
  • Be task oriented with a great pride for the work they do and attention to detail.
  • Flexible with shift patterns and available around the needs of our business.
