The Together Trust is one of the North West's leading charities and is looking for Bank Support Workers to work within our children’s residential services across Greater Manchester, in Stockport, Manchester, Salford and Bolton.

You will be working in a caring home environment with the wider team under the leadership of the Registered Manager, nurturing and supporting the young people, providing them with all the care, love and support that they would receive as if it was their family home.
In this position, you will be able to pick up shifts as a member of our Bank team that fit in around you and your circumstances, so whether you are looking to pick up extra work or fit in around your studies, this position is ideal. Full flexibility is required.
Salary: £13.45 per hour. Time and a Quarter paid for weekend hours worked - £16.82. Possibility of additional sleep-in payment of £107.60 (depending on service).

All successful applicants will undertake stringent recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS. This role will require additional mandatory training before you can start. If successful, you will be supported by L&D to complete the training you need.
We are looking to build a team of bank staff to support the children and young people we care for in our residential services. We have Residential services in Bolton, Salford, Manchester and Stockport, providing short and long-term support for children and young people who have experienced trauma and difficult beginnings, young people with learning disabilities and autism, and young people with harmful sexual behaviour.
You will be motivated and flexible, passionate about supporting the people who access our services. You should have some experience in working within a similar environment or the desire to kick start a career within the care sector. You will encourage our young people to develop confidence, self-esteem and essential life skills.
As part of our team, you will work hard to empower and help them break through barriers and experience a range of varied opportunities and activities and assist permanent staff teams with duties. You will be open to completing personal care as well as general support work.
