Responsibilities
- Support client people consulting programmes of work to drive lasting transformation
- Support projects or manage small workstreams within a larger programme
- Help build and manage relationships with clients on a daily basis
- Develop your expertise through client work and commit to continuous professional development
- Help the Partners and Directors generate new client opportunities
- Contribute to the development of our People Consulting propositions and assets
- Support knowledge sharing and develop People Consulting skills within our team
- Contribute to team building activities and team cohesion
Qualifications
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: HR Transformation, Learning Solutions, Organisational Transformation & Change, or Workforce Transformation
- Experience in consulting, ideally with a recognised professional services firm or global consultancy
- In-house consulting experience is also valued
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior client team members
- Strong writing skills, proficient in PowerPoint and confident with Excel, and comfortable working face‑to‑face and virtually
- Collaborative mindset and a powerful sense of curiosity
