We are currently seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager on behalf of a reputable manufacturer-owned dealership based in Manchester.

The successful Aftersales Manager will lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, ensuring operational excellence and delivering outstanding service.

  • Competitive basic salary up to £47,500 with an OTE of £70,000, including performance bonuses

  • Paid sick leave following successful probation Duties as a Aftersales Manager:
  • Lead and develop the workshop technician team to maximise efficiency, sold hours, and first-time fix rates
  • Drive performance of customer-facing teams to increase upselling opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
  • Support the implementation of new digital systems and processes aligned with dealership digitalisation strategies
  • Facilitate skills development and career progression of team members
  • Streamline operational processes within the Customer Journey, including Vehicle Health Checks
  • Ensure compliance with group financial policies, DVSA MOT regulations, and health & safety standards
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to achieve short, medium, and long-term objectives
  • Foster a positive team environment, maintaining staff motivation and engagement
  • Deliver a seamless, efficient service experience for all customers
  • Contribute to the overall success and smooth running of the dealership department
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within a busy automotive dealership
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of manufacturer processes, DVSA regulations, and health & safety standards
  • Proficiency with digital systems and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies
  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Ability to analyse performance data and develop improvement strategies
