Responsibilities
Trainee Pharmacy Assistant – 34 hours per week, permanent contract, at 23 Seedley Road, Salford, M6 5WN.
Work pattern as follows:
- Monday 09:00-16:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Tuesday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Wednesday 09:00-16:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Thursday 09:00-16:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Friday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Gain knowledge and skills towards the Counter Course and NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Willingness to undertake relevant training courses to progress.
- Great people skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Desire to learn and progress within the business.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Role responsibilities
- Dispensing and labeling of prescription items with guidance and supervision from the Pharmacist.
- Assist with ordering and management of stock levels within the dispensary and shop.
