Paragon Education is recruiting enthusiastic and committed Primary Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools in Malvern and surrounding areas. We have opportunities available for immediate starts and September 2026, including day-to-day supply, long-term placements, and permanent positions across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leadership teams.
  • Support pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A passion for education and helping children achieve their potential.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Desirable: Experience EYFS, KS1, or KS2 specialism, experience supporting pupils with SEND, knowledge of phonics schemes such as Read Write Inc or Little Wandle, intervention and booster group experience.
