Location: 8 High Street, Malmesbury, SN16 9AN

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Contract: 12 hours per week, regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (5.30am store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

Full, paid training provided

You must be aged 18 or over to apply for this role as it may involve working before 6am or after 10pm, or some other business-related needs.

We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. When you join Co-op, you will get amazing benefits including:

As a Customer Team Member, you will be part of a friendly team that is dedicated to helping our customers. You will provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you will do:

  • Provide friendly and thoughtful service, putting customers first in everything you do
  • Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
  • Keep the store safe and legal by ensuring shelves are stocked and prices, dates, and temperatures are correct
  • Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with your colleagues
