X hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis). Pay: £12.71 – £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications). Full valid UK Driving Licence is required. Some roles may require male or female employees only where this is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
Blythe Bridge is a 7-bed residential service supporting adult males with autism, learning disabilities and mental health. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals. People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including shopping, barbers, days out, walking, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs to live life their way. You’ll:
- Support independence and personal goals
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Assist with daily life activities, e.g., cooking, shopping and social outings
- Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
- Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure safe and consistent support
