Join Active Care Group's Care in the Home Team! We are recruiting Male Night's Support Workers in Haverfordwest. Active Care Group's Care in the Home Wales division is growing! We're passionate about delivering safe, reliable, and outcome-focused care, thanks to our exceptional team of support workers, clinicians, and leaders.
Our vision for Care in the Home in Wales continues to expand, and we're looking for highly motivated, proactive Support Workers who share our commitment to providing empowering care that enables clients to live independently in their own homes.
What you'll be doing:
You’ll be supporting a fantastic male client living with an acquired brain injury (ABI), helping him live life with dignity, comfort, and joy. Whether you prefer day shifts (8am-8pm) or wake nights (8pm-8am), each moment is a chance to bring companionship, confidence, and care right into the heart of his home.
- Full time or part time available
- 2 - 5 shifts a week available
- 8pm - 8am
- Mixture of Waking night shifts and Sleep night shifts
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract as care packages can change.
