Responsibilities

• You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel: greet guests, assign rooms, take payments, and perform general administrative duties.
• Ensure all guest inquiries and complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Conflict resolution experience
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Strong time management and organisational skills

Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Telford and is a 4,114-bedroom property.
