Great opportunity to work as a Line Leader for our client which provides distribution services to clients. Staffline is recruiting Line Leaders in Telford. The rate of pay is £15.11 per hour, increasing after 12 weeks to £31,429 annual salary. Overtime is available and is paid at £18.31 per hour. This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off. The hours of work are 7:30 am to 7:30 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the packing line and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage team members, monitor workflows, maintain quality standards, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
  • Train new employees and communicate with other departments.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role is required.
  • Reliable, punctual, physically fit, able to work in a team with good communication and attention to detail.
  • Will be happy to work in a chilled environment.
