This role is within a food manufacturing environment with responsibility for the beginning stages of the production process.

As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for the early stages of food production, ensuring materials and machinery are set up correctly and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating and setting production machinery
  • Preparing and managing the start of the manufacturing process
  • Monitoring production to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Following strict food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Supporting general production duties when required
Requirements
  • Previous machine operating and setting experience (essential)
  • Experience within a food manufacturing environment (essential)
  • FLT licence (preferred, but not essential)
  • Training can be provided
  • Reliable and able to work 12‑hour night shifts on a rota basis
