This role is within a food manufacturing environment with responsibility for the beginning stages of the production process.
As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for the early stages of food production, ensuring materials and machinery are set up correctly and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operating and setting production machinery
- Preparing and managing the start of the manufacturing process
- Monitoring production to ensure quality and efficiency
- Following strict food safety and hygiene procedures
- Supporting general production duties when required
- Previous machine operating and setting experience (essential)
- Experience within a food manufacturing environment (essential)
- FLT licence (preferred, but not essential)
- Training can be provided
- Reliable and able to work 12‑hour night shifts on a rota basis
- Long‑term opportunity with the potential for a permanent role

Night shifts: 18:00 - 06:00. Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off. Pay rate: £15.56 per hour. Temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
