Our MIS department are excited to announce that we are looking for team members to join as a Temporary MIS Enrolment Administrator. We are seeking passionate and experienced candidates to join our dedicated team. Join us in shaping the future of our students and make a lasting impact with Macclesfield College.
Schedule: Monday‑Thursday from the week commencing 06/07/2026 to 10/09/2026. During the main enrolment period you might occasionally work on Fridays or Saturdays – to be confirmed.
This role plays a vital part in supporting the Summer Enrolment period, providing support across customer service and data entry, ensuring the accurate input and maintenance of students’ enrolment details onto the student records system.
Main Duties- Take responsibility for the accurate input and maintenance of student and enrolment details onto the student records system.
- Communicate and support students and curriculum staff during the enrolment period.
- Support the whole enrolment process within the team as required, including setting up rooms, meeting and directing students, taking photos, form and eligibility checks.
- Perform clerical duties including distribution of forms, filing, photocopying, production of letters, reports and student ID cards.
- Support other functions within the team as required, including student finance and bus applications.
- 38 days annual leave inclusive of Bank and Public Holidays (pro rata)
- 2 weeks additional leave at Christmas closedown (inclusive of bank holidays)
