I am currently working with a Leading, Modern and Flexible Law Firm who are looking for a Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Cilex to join their growing team in Macclesfield.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) and all associated procedures
- Process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis
- Liaise directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
- Develop professional relationships, both with clients and other potential sources of work
- Manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of conveyancing experience
- Established Fee Earner, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
- Ability to manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters
- Excellent client care skills, project management skills, and a dedication to your career
- Ambitious, driven, and personable
