Your role as an Orthopaedic Theatre Practitioner will include:
- Scrubbing for consultant-led orthopaedic surgeries, supporting procedures of varying complexity.
- Assessing patients' health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload.
- Developing and delivering personalised care plans, considering perioperative risks and patient safety.
- Working collaboratively within a high-performing multidisciplinary theatre team, maintaining Spire's exceptional standards of care.

- HCPC registered ODP or NMC registered Nurse.
- Significant major Orthopaedic Scrub experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident working across a multidisciplinary team.
- Motivation to develop further; SFA training fully supported.
