Your role as an Orthopaedic Theatre Practitioner will include:

  • Scrubbing for consultant-led orthopaedic surgeries, supporting procedures of varying complexity.
  • Assessing patients' health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload.
  • Developing and delivering personalised care plans, considering perioperative risks and patient safety.
  • Working collaboratively within a high-performing multidisciplinary theatre team, maintaining Spire's exceptional standards of care.

Who we're looking for:

  • HCPC registered ODP or NMC registered Nurse.
  • Significant major Orthopaedic Scrub experience.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Confident working across a multidisciplinary team.
  • Motivation to develop further; SFA training fully supported.
