Responsibilities

  • Help customers of all ages and abilities with their health & fitness needs – from new gym users, to rehabilitation and hardcore training.
  • Deliver incredible inductions and design workout programmes to help people achieve their goals.
  • Maintain the gym floor as a vibrant, safe, and clean environment that encourages repeat visits.
  • Support team work and create a friendly, enthusiastic atmosphere.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Level 2 Award in Fitness Instructing required.
  • Standard or Enhanced DBS check required for all candidates.
  • Experience working with diverse clients and a passion for health and fitness.

Compensation

  • Salary: £25,087.76 pro rata per annum.
  • Hours: 22.5 per week.
  • Typical shifts: mornings, evenings and weekends across a three-week rolling rota.

  • Location: Macclesfield Leisure Centre.
  • Contract: Three-point grading structure with annual progression via the PDR process.
