We are looking for a Deputy Manager with a passion for delivering high quality care to join our team at Broughton Lodge, a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disability.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the team provides safe, sound, and supportive care to the people they support.

- Work with multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities & regulatory bodies to deliver high‑quality services and promote a positive culture.
