We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to join our ADHD assessment and monitoring team and our Autism assessment team. The role is full‑time and for a 12‑month fixed period to support us in improving our patient services.

Responsibilities

  • Word‑process correspondence, reports, agendas and minutes.
  • Produce other documents and presentations using the most appropriate element of Microsoft Office.
  • Create documents by copy‑typing or audio transcription.
  • Maintain departmental/service intranet/extranet pages where applicable.
  • Organise and prioritise own workload on a daily basis to ensure deadlines are met and urgent work accommodated.
  • Receive and provide information from a variety of sources, either paper documentation, telephone or direct contact, and provide information and advice to staff, clients and external agencies within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate diaries, arranging service‑related appointments, interviews, meetings, events, hearings, booking venues and travel requirements.
  • Support and assist in organising seminars, training events, conferences, workshops etc.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, complying with policies and procedures on safeguarding personally identifiable information.
  • Assist in the preparation and circulation of rotas where applicable.
  • Input, maintain and retrieve information from relevant databases and assist in the preparation of statistical and audit information.
