Your new company is based within the outskirts of Macclesfield. This long-established company, due to expansion, is hiring for a Credit Controller to join its busy Credit Control department.

Your new role involves working as part of a small team, managing your own set portfolio and being responsible for the retrieval of monies owed and query resolution. This busy role will suit someone who is tenacious and enjoys seeing end results. You will be responsible on a day-to-day basis for contacting customers using various methods, mainly by phone, to recover any aged debt and assist with accounts. Building rapport, you will work together with customers to resolve queries and get to the root cause of any issues or problems relating to delayed payments.
