About the Role: A leading manufacturer of tray sealing machinery. We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Administrator Apprentice to join our busy and supportive admin team. This apprenticeship provides hands‑on experience across multiple areas of the business, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad range of administrative skills while gaining a recognised Level 3 qualification.
Salary & Benefits:
- Starting salary: £16,640 (first year). Potential salary increase based on age and progression.
- Full training and development provided.
- Real‑world experience in a global organisation.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 3:15pm
- 30‑minute unpaid lunch break daily
- Two paid 15‑minute breaks per day
- Total: 40 hours per week
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Communication Management – Handling phone calls, responding to emails, and liaising with clients and suppliers
- Data & Documentation – Maintaining records, updating databases, preparing reports, and filing documents
- Meeting Support – Organising meetings, preparing materials, and taking minutes
- Business Reporting – Assisting with updates and reports for management
Training Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship:
Majority of learning will take place on the job. Structured training to support your development.
