Are you an experienced Inventory Manager ready to make a difference in healthcare logistics? Join our Lutterworth team. You will be working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) on an annual salary of £42,024.00 per annum.

Purpose of the role:
We're looking for an Inventory Manager to take the lead in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our pharmaceutical inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory control processes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Managing inventory systems, conducting physical counts, and reconciling discrepancies
- Ensuring products are stored and handled in line with GDP regulations and quality standards
- Leading and developing a team of inventory associates
- Implementing safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Proven inventory management experience
- Strong knowledge of GDP regulations, compliance and quality control measures
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development and operational efficiency
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office
