The role is based in the South of Shropshire, in Ludlow (SY8) and surrounding rural areas. Some Saturday working will be required to meet the needs of the service. - Provide high‑quality recovery care to a diverse client group.
- Support clients to identify their goals, ambitions and passions.
- Work collaboratively with clients to create and implement tailored treatment plans.
- Act as a frontline professional, ensuring continuity of care through partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities and intervention delivery.
- Manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they are treated with respect and dignity.
- Maintain a high‑quality service as part of a team.
- Demonstrate effective communication, organisational and time‑management skills.
- Show a genuine passion for helping others and a positive, engaging approach to clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate experience within health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist settings, or a clear motivation for the drug and alcohol sector.
