Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Shift Timings: 4 on 2 off. Hours: 5:30am–2:30pm, 2:00pm–10:30pm. Includes 2 early shifts, 2 late shifts and 2 days off.

Responsibilities
- Deliver highest quality service to all customers through efficient management of assigned staff and continuous improvement of product and services.
- Collect and apply customer feedback to develop lounge product, communicating findings concisely to Emirates personnel.
- Ensure presentation of all food and beverage meets quality and quantity standards, maintaining and displaying as per specification.
- Maintain buffet and stock levels of all F&B items, replenishing regularly in accordance with food safety standards.
- Control hygiene standards as per HACCP, providing training and guidance on food presentation and display.
- Oversee staff performance, train and coach to ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor staff punctuality, grooming and guide as required.
- Ensure personal and food hygiene, as well as housekeeping standards in lounge food service areas and kitchen, are adhered to per company and legal requirements.
- Interact with lounge customers to obtain feedback on service and product, and communicate findings to SDX and Emirates management in a timely manner.
- Liaise with SDX and Emirates management for irregularities and other operational information.
- Plan and delegate tasks to the team before each shift.
- Supervise and coach staff to achieve customer delight, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements (work log, time sheets).
- Oversee ordering of all produce to maintain sufficient supplies of F&B and other materials.
Qualifications
Essential: Front of house and customer‑facing experience; experience supervising a team; food experience; highly motivated; attention to detail; able to work on own initiative within a team environment.
Desirable: Lounge experience; airport experience.
