The role involves creating a new Transformation and Improvement Team to drive fundamental change across the organisation. As a Transformation and Improvement Lead, you will play a critical role in reshaping how the council operates and delivers services for residents. You will lead one of the council's transformation workstreams, working at pace across complex and high profile areas such as services, governance, finance, neighbourhood models, digital or organisational culture.

Acting as a central link between corporate leadership and frontline services, you will help turn strategic ambition into practical, deliverable change. Working closely with elected members, senior officers, partners and colleagues across the council, you will support strong programme governance, manage risks and dependencies and maintain focus on outcomes. You will also contribute to shaping the council's wider policy and strategic framework as Warrington builds the foundations for long term stability and improvement.
