KPi Education is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Education division working from our Stoke or Crewe offices. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing recruiter looking to progress their career within a supportive, ambitious, and people-focused business.
KPi Education is an established Division of KPI Recruiting. The education division has grown to 12 members of the team who are focused and specialised in Primary, SEN and Secondary Education Markets. We have seen a gap in our offer, and we wish to find an Early Years / Nursery Specialist who can build a new team – recruiting nationally. The hope and aim is that you will be of the calibre to manage the national team for EYFS as it grows.
The Role – As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Build and manage your own recruitment desk within Early Years Education
- Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Drive business development and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Potentially develop into an Early Years Manager
- Support junior colleagues in their development
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment – at least 2 years Early Years/ Nursery recruitment experience
- Strong billing and client development track record
- Ambitious, resilient, and commercially minded
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A consultant who is eager to hit the streets and visit client schools
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
