Key Responsibilities:
- Participates in meetings and builds trust with internal business customers, understands business objectives and seeks alignment.
- Participates, analyses and implements sales and distribution related changes as prioritised by the IT and business owners.
- Works as part of the Order-to-Cash team accountable for resolving SAP issues, change requests, enhancements raised via the helpdesk or through other possible channels.
- Provides Level 2 and Level 3 support for sales and distribution related business processes and applicable IT solutions.
- Analyses and develops functional specifications and communicates to technical developers in order to develop the required solutions in the most efficient way.
- Works on assigned SAP Sales Distribution related project work and provides periodic status updates, performing work in alignment with the project guidelines.
- Works in close integration with the business unit departments to ensure the solutions designed meet the requirements and the work done meets the expectations in terms of planning and priorities.
- Assists with estimating work requests and service level measurements.
- Coordinates with other partners across IT (on site) and off-shore teams to manage enhancements and provide quality support.
