Responsibilities
- Lead a team of up to two crew members.
- Responsible for completion of collection rounds and team health and safety.
- Provide feedback relating to collections and any issues encountered.
- Use the in-cab device and assist with bin loading.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, explaining services confidently.
- Ensure safe systems of work and incident reporting procedures are followed.
- Complete CPC and training during the working day.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work weekends and Bank Holidays as required.
- Current valid HGV Class 2/LGV C and current CPC card.
- Experience of stop‐start HGV driving and manoeuvring in residential areas.
- Experience on collection services.
- Use of in‐cab technology such as Bartec Collective.
- Sound health and safety knowledge of the industry.
