Your new company We are currently partnered with an innovative organisation in the Cell Therapy space to appoint an experienced Publications Lead Contractor on an initial 6-month contract.
This role has been created to provide additional support across a high-priority publications portfolio and would suit a seasoned professional who can rapidly integrate into an existing team and take ownership of key deliverables with minimal onboarding.

Your new role Working alongside established Publications Leads, you will provide both strategic and hands‑on support across a range of publication activities.
You'll help ensure critical scientific outputs are delivered on time and to the highest standards during periods of increased demand, including congress deadlines and key data readouts.
Key Responsibilities Publication Leadership & Strategic Support End-to-End Publication Management Vendor & Project Oversight Compliance & Quality Excellence
What you'll need to succeed Advanced degree in Life Sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD or MSc) Several years of experience within Medical Publications in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment Demonstrable experience managing publication programmes and scientific communication deliverables Strong understanding of ICMJE, GPP and publication best practices Ability to work independently and become productive quickly with minimal onboarding Strong project management and prioritisation skills Experience managing multiple parallel publication workstreams Comfortable taking ownership of in-flight or partially developed projects Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
