Hybrid Functional Assessor in Swindon. Predictable Monday‐Friday hours, no shift work, no hands‐on care or manual handling. You'll assess patients via telephone, video or face‐to‐face, producing objective, evidence‐based reports that inform disability benefit decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct structured clinical conversations and assess how physical or mental health conditions affect day‐to‐day functioning.
- Review medical evidence and supporting documentation.
- Produce clear, objective, evidence‐based written reports.
- Use secure clinical systems and digital templates.
- Registration as one of: Occupational Therapist (HCPC), Paramedic (HCPC), Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) (NMC), Physiotherapist (HCPC), Pharmacist (GPhC).
- Minimum 12 months post‐registration experience.
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, report writing and IT skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a structured environment.
