Location: Bishopsmead Lodge Care Home, Bristol, BS13 8ES.

Salary: £13.02 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with personal care needs.
  • Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
  • Facilitate participation in activities such as arts and crafts, drama, gardening, shopping trips, and social occasions.
  • Work as part of a team to provide compassionate care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and observe residents' wellbeing.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • No prior experience required—training will be provided.
  • Demonstrated empathy, humility, accountability, achievement, passion, and integrity.
  • Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check for children and adults.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and ability to follow guidelines.
