Pay Rate: £12.77 per hour

Shifts: 7am – 7pm including alternate weekend working

Contract: 33 hours per week (3 shifts)

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality care and support to our residents during the nighttime hours.
  • Assist residents with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
  • Support residents with meals and hydration, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
  • Promote resident engagement by encouraging participation in activities and social interaction.
  • Monitor residents’ health and well‑being, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Document care activities accurately and maintain clear communication with team members.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for residents and colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Overtime is paid for working over full‑time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8‑hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our “Reward Me” app. Flexible pay is available via “STREAM”.
