We are creating a new Transformation and Improvement Team to drive fundamental change across the organisation. The Business Support Officer plays a vital role in enabling this work, providing high quality administrative and business support to a fast paced, high profile service at the heart of the organisation.

You will support the day to day operation of the team, helping to coordinate meetings, manage information, prepare reports and ensure accurate records and financial processes are maintained. Often acting as the first point of contact, you will help present a professional, responsive and well organised service to colleagues, partners and stakeholders.

Working closely with transformation leads and managers, you will contribute directly to the smooth running of programmes that are reshaping how the council works. This is a role that requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the confidence to work across a wide range of activities and relationships.
