An exciting opportunity to join our Pathways Training department has arisen where you will play a key role in the delivery of education. This role can also provide you with worthwhile experience if you wish to pursue a career in teaching at a later stage.

Salary: Scale 5, Points 25 - 28, £32,241 - £34,720 per annum.

Contract: Full time, permanent. 37 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).

About you: You will need to hold a Level 3 qualification (NVQ/QCF or equivalent) in a relevant discipline and have relevant industrial experience along with an Assessor Award. Candidates require level 2 qualifications in Maths and English and be IT Literate to level 2.

We have a range of potential flexible working options available including agile working, sabbatical leave and job share, where it meets the needs of the College. Sickness benefits here are generous, and staff are also provided with free access to independent occupational health, the Employee Support Helpline, a 24-hour life management and personal support helpline. The College also employs a dedicated Health and Wellbeing Co-ordinator, who provides support and organises very popular events across the Group, as well as providing access to a variety of free wellbeing resources. There is free car parking at all of our main colleges as well as bike storage, and if you are based in the South, we can also offer a 10% discount at the Lilliput Day Nursery in Neath. The College is an educator and as such we actively promote and encourage Continuous Professional Development for all of our staff; we may even be able to contribute to the fees for higher degrees and other qualifications helpful to your job.
