About this job:
- Provide clinical expertise across the board area of community paediatrics.
- Participate in the development of the service model, supporting colleagues in the establishment of a Multi-Disciplinary Service including Pathway Development.
- Provide liaison work at all levels with other health staff and community agencies working with children, adolescents and their families.
- Provide clinical care located where necessary, for instance clinics based in Special Schools and other community locations.
- Work closely with colleagues in Education, Local Authority and third sector in the delivery of services for children and young people with complex disorders.
- Work within the team to ensure robust outcome measures.
- Work closely with all agencies involved in child care and observe the local safeguarding procedures.
